Version 2026-09-27b · Effective from 27 September 2026

Service provider: Jesús Lacera Cortiñas, trading as SEO-Invoke. Spanish tax ID (NIF) 55847836H. Calle Carlos Vázquez 7, 13001 Ciudad Real, Spain. Email: info@seo-invoke.com. Phone: +34 926 820 619.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the subscription to and use of InvokeAgent, a cloud service that lets businesses and professionals add an AI virtual assistant to their website to answer visitors, collect contact requests and handle appointments.

2. Who the service is for

InvokeAgent is offered only to businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession. By subscribing, you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer. Consumer withdrawal rights therefore do not apply.

Healthcare providers. Healthcare providers and professionals (clinics, medical or dental practices, physiotherapy, psychology, pharmacies, opticians, medical aesthetics and similar activities) are excluded from online sign-up, because their visitors may share health data, which the GDPR protects with stricter safeguards (Article 9) and which HIPAA regulates in the United States. If this applies to you, email support@seo-invoke.com to discuss a custom integration under its own contract. By subscribing you declare that your business is not a healthcare provider; if it is, we may suspend the service under section 5.

3. Sign-up and contract

4. Plans, prices and taxes

5. Acceptable use

You may not use InvokeAgent for illegal activities, unsolicited communications, impersonation, collecting data you do not need, or attempts to bypass the service's technical limits. You may not configure the assistant to ask visitors for health data, banking details, passwords or identity documents. We may suspend the service if we detect use contrary to these terms, notifying you unless it is urgent.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Nature of AI answers

The assistant generates automatic answers from the information you provide. It may make mistakes or omissions. It does not replace professional advice and must not be used for medical, legal or financial decisions. Appointments and requests are subject to confirmation by your team.

The assistant's answers are for information only and are not a binding offer by you or by us: prices, availability and terms it mentions must be confirmed with your business before purchase. The widget tells your visitors this next to the privacy checkbox. If no AI provider is available, the assistant does not improvise answers: it asks the visitor for their contact details so your team can follow up.

8. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, supplier failures or events beyond our control. Support is provided by email during Spanish business hours. No specific service level is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

9. Term, cancellation and non-payment

10. Data protection

We process your customer data (contact and billing) as controller, under our privacy policy, to provide the service, invoice and support you. We process your website visitors' data on your behalf as processor, under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

The InvokeAgent software, design and brand belong to the service provider. The content you provide remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the service.

12. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect damages. These limits do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before any material change takes effect; if you disagree, you may cancel before it applies.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Ciudad Real, Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
